Just follow this easy 5-step process:

Print off the tax questionnaire and fill out all areas that are relevant to your tax and family situation.

Print off the tax checklist and collect all your relevant slips. This will help you remember what you need to be mailed. We recommend you keep an extra copy with you and mail or courier the questionnaire and slips to Seianna Financial Services Inc, 1075 Colville Road, Victoria, BC V9A 4P9.

Call the main office toll free at (866) HOPE4U-8 (467-3488) to let us know you are sending your tax information to us. At this time feel free to ask questions about our company, our promises and guarantees, or just to ask questions about your personal tax return and double-check what needs to be sent to our office.

The main office then processes your return(s) and then either mail or courier your completed tax return(s) back to you. There will be government forms needed to be signed so that we have authorization to electronically file (E-File) your return(s) and also have authorization to represent your income tax interests throughout the remainder of the year. This representation will be no extra cost to you!

Mail back the signed authorization forms with your payment (we accept personal cheques, company cheques and money orders only) in the convenient return envelope. Once we receive your forms and payment, we can E-File all the tax returns that qualify for the E-File service. All non-qualifying returns will be paper filed at no extra charge.

Seianna Financial Services does not offer instant refunds to its clients, nor will we ever do so. We believe other companies overcharge their clients for this service and we just cannot get ourselves to taking more of our clients’ hard earned money.
